audio forensics jobs

I’m looking into a career in audio forensics,?
..and wanted to know if their are any sites available that give you job openings, or if their is a certain way I should go about looking. I am an audio engineer with over 5 years of experience, and have been emmy nominated for my work, and think a career in forensics would be an amazing career. any thoughts?
I have to be honest – I’ve never run into an forensic audio engineer. Here are some thoughts though.
Check with the larger firms that provide expert testimony such as FTI Consulting, Huron Consulting, CRAI (formerly Charles River Associates) and LECG. You’ll probably need a friend to introduce you to someone who works there as the golden rule is maintain billable hours and talking to you is not billable.
You might also check with attorneys in your area and ask for a networking introduction.
In the meantime, I was a bit surprised with the number of hits I got with this:

Best of luck. The hours can be long and clients demanding, but I’ve made a career out of finding experts for damages in intellectual property cases.
